Potato Cheese Casserole(For Group Or Large Family) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. dried or fresh parsley
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of celery soup
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter.
    Mix soup, sour cream, seasonings and onion.
    Mix potatoes, half of cheese and soup mixture.
    Put in 3-quart flat casserole dish.
    Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
    Continue baking 30 minutes or until medium brown.
