Strawberry Glaze Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) baked shell
1 qt. fresh strawberries
3/4 c. water
3 tsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1 c. whipped cream
Preparation

Reserve one cup of strawberries for glaze.
Use remaining berries to line the pie shell.
Simmer the one cup of berries, water and cornstarch.
Add sugar.
Cook again, stirring constantly, until syrup is thick and clear.
Chill well.
Decorate with border of sweetened, whipped cream.
