Mammie'S Seafood Fettucini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    2 onions
    2 ribs celery
    2 pods garlic
    1 bell pepper
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 lb. seafood (crawfish, shrimp or crabmeat)
    2 c. half and half (milk)
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    sliced mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    First saute in butter onions, celery, garlic and pepper in an iron skillet. Add the flour, parsley and seafood. Cook for 10 minutes. After that, add the milk (half and half), cheese, peppers and mushrooms. Cook until all is well blended.
