Grandma Taylor'S Fudge Sauce For Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1/2 c. butter
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
    3 c. confectioners sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt chocolate and butter in saucepan.
    Remove from heat.
    Mix in sugar and milk alternately.
    Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
    Cook about 7 minutes or until thick and creamy.
    Remove from heat and add vanilla.
    Makes three cups.
