Sandwich Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. green tomatoes
    1 qt. chopped onion
    6 green (sweet) peppers
    6 red (sweet) peppers (for color only)
    2 bunches celery
Preparation
    Put through food chopper.
    Add 1/2 cup salt.
    Let stand overnight.
    In the morning, squeeze dry.
    Add 1 quart sugar and 1 quart vinegar.
    Bring to boil.
    Boil 25 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Let cool.
    Add 1 small jar of mustard and 1 quart salad dressing.
    Mix and put in jars.
    Seal with wax.
