Saucy Beef Over Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. flour
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 envelope onion mix
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. beef sirloin steak, cut in thin strips
2 c. hot cooked rice
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Shake flour in a 14 x 20-inch Reynold's bag.
Place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Add undrained tomatoes, soup mix, water and pepper to bag.
Squeeze bag to mix ingredients.
Add beef strips to bag.
Turn bag to coat beef strips with sauce.
Arrange ingredients in an even layer.
Close bag with tie.
Cut 6 half inch slits on top.
Bake until beef is tender, 40 to 45 minutes.
Serve over rice.
