Easy Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg
    2 c. coarse bread crumbs
Preparation
    Heat to scalding the milk, margarine, sugar and salt.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bake in buttered casserole at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
