Cottage Cheese Patties(With Mushroom Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cottage cheese (cream style)
    1/2 c. ground pecans
    1 c. crushed Total or Kellogg's Special K
    1 Tbsp. peanut butter
    1/2 tsp. sage
    4 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and fry until lightly browned. Serve with tomato sauce or brown egg gravy.
    Serves 6.
