Fabulous French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    1 1/3 c. whole milk
    2/3 c. all-purpose flour
    2/3 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    12 slices thick cut French bread
    3 Tbsp. butter
    powdered sugar (garnish)
    maple syrup (on the side)
Preparation
    Whisk together all ingredients in large bowl. Heat large nonstick skillet or griddle on medium/low heat. Add 1 tablespoon butter. Drop each bread slice in batter for 30 seconds per side. Cook each slice for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes per side (golden brown), adding additional butter as needed while cooking all slices. Dust each serving with powdered sugar. Serve with maple syrup on the side.
