Mexicali Crab Egg Loaf(Great For Brunch Or Breakfast) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    3/4 cup milk
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    2-1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1-1/2 cup flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese 1/4 inch cubes
    4 oz. Monterey Jack Pepper Cheese 1/4 inch cubes
    1/2 lb. Crabmeat (preferably lump)
    Favorite salsa
Preparation
    Beat eggs until frothy (about 1 minute).
    Add milk and mustard, set aside.
    Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add to egg mixture and stir until thoroughly mixed.
    Fold in crabmeat. Add cheese cubes.
    Bake in uncovered 9 X 5 X 3 loaf pan at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes.\tTest with toothpick for doneness. Cool for 10-15 minutes.
    Slice and top with salsa.\tSlices reheats and freezes well.
