Ingredients

1 c. powdered sugar, sifted
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 Tbsp. milk or water
food coloring
plain cookies
M&M's

Preparation

Mix sugar and salt.
Stir in milk or water and vanilla.
Tint as desired and frost sugar cookies.
Decorate with M&M's.
