Skillet Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    8 c. chopped cabbage
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    In large skillet, cook bacon until crisp and set aside to drain.
    Reserve 2 tablespoons drippings in pan.
    Saute onion and cabbage in drippings until tender, stirring often.
    Add salt, paprika and sour cream and stir well.
    Heat through, but do not boil.
    Crumble 1 slice bacon over each serving.
    Serves 6.
