Sour Cream Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 Tbsp. oil
1/8 tsp. baking soda
1 large egg (unbeaten)
2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Heat sour cream to lukewarm in large saucepan.
Stir in next four ingredients until well blended.
Add egg, then yeast until dissolved.
Mix in flour, knead lightly on floured board and form into
smooth
ball.
Cover
with
damp cloth and let stand 10 minutes.
Roll 1/4-inch thick rectangle.
Spread with soft butter and 1/3 cup packed brown sugar and cinnamon.
Roll up.
Cut
into 12 slices.
Place in greased pan and let rise. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
