Grandma Nan'S Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 to 2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. sugar (more if you prefer sweeter)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
    3 slices stale bread
    sprinkle of nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar.
    Beat.
    Add milk, vanilla and salt. Stir well.
    Break bread in 3/4-inch chunks; lay on bottom of baking dish.
    Pour liquid mixture over and sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes until a knife comes out clean when placed in pudding.
