Hot Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter, softened
    2/3 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    16 oz. canned crushed pineapple, well drained
    3 slices white bread crusts, removed and cut in cubes
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
    Mix thoroughly. Spoon into a greased 8-inch square pan and bake, covered, at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
    Serve hot or at room temperature.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
