Fancy Cut Roshki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. flour
    1 lb. butter
    6 egg yolks
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 large cake yeast
    1/2 pt. cream (plus)
Preparation
    Work flour and butter until crumbly (on board).
    Add sugar and salt and crumble yeast.
    Make well in center.
    Drop in egg yolks. Add cream and work into soft dough.
    Dough should clean board and hands.
