Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
4 large eggs (5 if small)
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. butter flavor
3 c. flour, sifted
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. buttermilk
1 c. fresh apples, finely chopped and grated
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Preparation

Mix all together.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
