Cinnamon Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 tsp. cold water
    1 lb. pecans
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Beat egg white slightly; add water.
    Beat until frothy and add pecans and stir.
    In another bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon and salt.
    Add to pecan mixture.
    Put into buttered pan.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
