Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. oil (vegetable)
    4 eggs
    3 c. shredded carrots
Preparation
    Measure flour; add salt, baking soda, cinnamon and set aside. Mix sugar and eggs (1 at a time); add oil.
    Mixer on low speed; add dry ingredient and mix.
    Add carrots.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 19 to 23 minutes depending on your oven.
    Cool completely.
