Tammie'S Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground meat
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 bunch green onions
    8 oz.) mushrooms, chopped
    3 (16 oz.) cans Italian tomato sauce
    2 medium fresh tomatoes
    1 c. red wine (optional)
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. tarragon
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. rosemary
    1 tsp. parsley
    1/4 tsp. sage
    1 1/2 lb. lasagne noodles
    2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
    2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. oil
    8 qt. water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain.
    Set aside.
    Saute butter, chopped bell pepper, green onions and mushrooms.
    Add to browned meat.
    Add tomato sauce, chopped tomatoes and seasonings.
    Simmer a couple of hours.
    In last 30 minutes, add red wine.
