Shrimp Mosca - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. garlic puree
1 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. olive oil
50 to 60 medium shrimp
Preparation

In a Pyrex dish (usually 1 1/2-quart), melt butter and add the next 9 ingredients, stirring often.
Cook sauce slowly 10 to 15 minutes; do not bring to rapid boil.
Taste for seasoning.
Allow to cool slightly and then add shrimp.
(Sauce is suitable for 50 to 60 medium shrimp.)
Stir shrimp around in mixture and allow to set for at least 2 to 3 hours (preferably overnight in refrigerator).
