Chow You Gai - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    3 to 4 tsp. soy sauce
    1 c. green onion, chopped 1/2-inch long of green portion
    1 tsp. sesame seed
    1 c. peanut oil
Preparation
    Stew chicken.
    Debone while hot and tear into bite size pieces.
    Sprinkle
    1 tablespoon of salt and 3 teaspoons of soy sauce and sesame seed over chicken.
    Scatter green onions over chicken next.
    Heat
    oil
    until it almost smokes.
    Pour on top of chicken
    and
    serve immediately.
    Serve with rice and fruit salad. Serves 5 to 6.
