Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. orange jello
    1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 small can Mandarin oranges
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. cottage cheese
    2/3 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Melt jello in water; let cool.
    Add pineapple (juice and all). Add cottage cheese; mix well.
    Fold in Cool Whip.
    Pour into any serving dish and top with Mandarin orange slices.
    Cool a few hours before serving.
