Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. lard or drippings
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cooked noodles
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. salt
2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces
Preparation

Saute together beef, lard, salt, onion, celery and green pepper.
Add soup, soy sauce and water.
Add cooked noodles and mix well.
Add sour cream and pour into casserole dish.
Sprinkle the top with almonds.
Bake in moderate oven for 30 minutes.
