1 c. corn meal (self-rising)
1 c. sweet milk
2 eggs
1 (No. 303) can yellow cream-style corn
1/2 c. oil
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 pepper, chopped (hot or mild)
1/2 lb. sharp cheese, sliced
Preparation

Brown beef and onion.
Drain and set aside.
