Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
    1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 c. snow peas
    1 c. sliced onion
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 c. thinly sliced red pepper
Preparation
    Cut chicken breasts into 1/2-inch wide strips.
    In small bowl, combine mustard, wine, soy sauce, garlic and black pepper.
    In nonmetal dish, pour mustard mixture over chicken.
    Cover; chill 1 to 2 hours, stirring chicken once.
    In large skillet over medium-high heat, cook chicken mixture in margarine until no longer pink.
    Add vegetables; cook and stir until tender, about 5 to 10 minutes.
