Holiday Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 2/3 c. coconut
    1/2 tsp. lemon rind
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Slowly add sugar; beat until thick. Fold in flour, baking powder and salt.
    Fold in butter, vanilla and coconut.
    Blend in lemon rind and chocolate chips.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased and floured baking sheet.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 15 minutes.
