Irish Cottage Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cottage cheese (small curd)
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. flour
    2 oz. butter, melted
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Line a pie plate with pie crust (bought or made). Start creaming the cheese in mixer bowl at low speed, gradually adding milk, flour, butter, vanilla, eggs, sugar and salt.
    Pour into pie dish. Bake at 400\u00b0 to start for 15 minutes, then 350\u00b0 for 3/4 to 1 hour.
    If desired, blow cinnamon on top before putting in the oven.
