Fiesta Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    2 c. Stove Top chicken or cornbread stuffing mix
    1 1/2 c. cubed cooked chicken
    1 large tomato, chopped
    3 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    3 Tbsp. chopped green chiles
    salsa and sour cream
Preparation
    Beat eggs in a large bowl, stir in milk.
    Add remaining ingredients, except salsa and sour cream; mix well.
    Pour mixture into greased 9-inch microwavable pie plate.
    Cover loosely with wax paper.
    Microwave on High for 5 minutes.
    Stir edges of mixture into center and from center to outside edges, smoothing out surface.
    Cover.
    Microwave 4 minutes or until center is no longer wet.
    Remove from microwave and let stand 5 minutes.
    Serve immediately with salsa and sour cream.
