Beer Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 (12 oz.) can beer, room temperature
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar.
    Add beer and stir well.
    Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
    Cover and let rise 1 hour or until double.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until lightly brown.
    Makes 1 loaf.
