Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 red peppers, chopped
    12 green peppers, chopped
    12 medium onions, chopped
    1 qt. cider vinegar
    2 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Place all ingredients together in enamel or stainless steel pot.
    Bring to boil, then simmer 15 minutes, uncovered.
    Pour into hot, sterilized jars.
    Seal and process 10 minutes.
    Makes about 9 pints.
