Coriander-Orange Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breasts
1 1/4 tsp. ground coriander
pinch of cinnamon
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. butter
1 onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. coarsely grated orange rind
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. dry white wine or chicken stock
1 orange
Preparation

Blend coriander, cinnamon, salt and pepper.
Rub into chicken. Melt butter; brown chicken on both sides.
Remove chicken. Reduce heat and cook onions and garlic, covered, until softened. Add orange rind, juice and broth.
Bring to a boil and boil until syrupy.
Return chicken to pan and coat well in sauce.
Cook until heated through.
Halve orange, lengthwise, and slice crosswise and fan around chicken.
