Ruglach - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 c. (1/2 lb.) unsalted butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. granulated sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 to 1/2 c. tiny chocolate chips or raisins
Preparation

In mixing bowl, place flour, butter and cream cheese and mix well until dough forms.
Divide into 4 balls of pastry, wrap in plastic wrap or waxed paper and refrigerate at least 2 hours or longer.
