Stuffed Cabbage(Golabki) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 lb. ground beef
4 lb. ground veal
3 c. rice (uncooked)
2 (No. 5) cans tomato soup
1/2 (No. 10) can tomatoes, crushed
4 lb. ground pork
6 onions, chopped
8 large cabbage heads
10 whole eggs
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix together pork, beef, veal, eggs, onions, rice and salt and pepper.
Place cabbage (from which the core has been removed) into hot water to soften leaves.
Take approximately 3 tablespoons of meat mixture and place it in a cabbage leaf and wrap it.
Take can of tomato soup, some water and crushed tomatoes and salt and pepper and pour over cabbage rolls (after the cabbage rolls have been in the oven for 25 minutes).
Put in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
Makes about 120.
