Oriental Beef Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) sirloin steak
    4 green onions
    1 (10 oz.) can beef broth
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 c. chopped broccoli
    1 (7 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 c. sliced mushrooms (4 oz.)
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen snowpeas
Preparation
    Cut steak into thin slices.
    Cut green onions into 1-inch pieces.
    Combine broth, cornstarch and soy sauce in a small bowl; mix until cornstarch dissolves and set aside.
