Deluxe Egg Salad Sandwich - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. pkg. cream cheese with chives
2 Tbsp. butter, softened
2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
1 Tbsp. mayo or salad dressing
1 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. horseradish
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
dash of garlic powder
6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and chopped fine
8 slices bread
Preparation

In medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and butter.
Stir until smooth.
Stir in celery, mayo, onion, sugar, horseradish, lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Fold in eggs.
Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
Let stand at room temperature about 15 minutes before making sandwiches.
Add more mayo, if desired.
