Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. plain flour, sifted
    3 c. carrots, shredded
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sift flour before measuring and combine with cinnamon, salt, soda and nuts and set aside.
    With mixer on low speed, mix well the eggs, oil and sugar; add carrots.
    Mix dry ingredients with batter.
    (Do not beat very much.) Grease and flour 3 round cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cool before icing.
