Mock Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bag frozen cauliflower
    4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 large dill pickle, chopped
    2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
    1 small onion (optional)
Preparation
    Prepare cauliflower according to package directions and let cool.
    Cut into small pieces.
    Combine remaining ingredients with cauliflower.
    Chill thoroughly before serving.
