Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. or less salt
Preparation

Beat eggs; add milk, soft butter, sugar, salt and flour.
Pour into baking pan.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 425\u00b0.
(This pancake puffs up high so don't have oven rack too close on top.
When I ask my kids what they want for a different dinner, they choose this 100%.)
