Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick margarine
    1 c. rice (instant)
    1 can onion soup
    1 can beef consomme
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    pimentos (optional)
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in casserole dish.
    Cover and bake for 1 to 1 1/4 hours, until rice absorbs liquid.
    Stir halfway through. Bake at 350\u00b0.
