Baked Haddock Fillet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. haddock fillet
1 can stewed tomatoes
1/4 c. olive oil
salt
pepper
oregano
Preparation

Cover fish in olive oil.
Add stewed tomatoes.
Salt and pepper, if desired.
Sprinkle with oregano.
Bake 25 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serve with tossed salad.
