Simple Apple Pie - cooking recipe

3 c. flour
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
3/4 lb. margarine
4 juicy red apples
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Combine flour, cream cheese and margarine in a bowl, working into a smooth pastry.
Put pastry into refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Peel and slice apples.
Roll out pastry on a well floured surface.
Place pastry into a baking pan.
Neatly arrange apples on top of pastry.
Sprinkle apples with sugar, cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg. Cut butter into bits and put evenly on top of apples and spices. Bake in a preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
