1 (14 oz.) can green chilies, diced
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
chopped onions
Preparation

Mix ingredients together.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips or bread sticks.
