Egg Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    4 Tbsp. chopped onion
    4 Tbsp. diced green peppers
    2 c. shredded American or Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. sliced black olives
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper
    8 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
Preparation
    Lightly toss all ingredients except bacon.
    Chill.
    Add bacon before serving.
