Seven-Minute Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine egg whites, sugar and water in the top of a double boiler over boiling water.
    Beat at high speed until frosting holds its shape, about 7 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Beat in vanilla.
    Makes approximately 3 cups.
