Stuffed Clams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pt. chopped clams
1 lb. bacon
1 whole white onion
14 oz. bag bread stuffing
1 whole garlic clove
2 whole lemons
2 c. white wine
1 c. Mozzarella (optional)
Preparation

Saute bacon, onion and garlic until bacon is well cooked; add chopped clams until they are cooked through.
Add bread stuffing, then add the wine to add moisture and lemons.
Put into ramekins on baking sheet; cook until crispy.
Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese on top, if desired.
