Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 c. diced chicken
    2 cans cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    2 c. chopped celery
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/3 c. slivered almonds
    1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
    1/2 c. melted butter (1 stick)
    1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, combine chicken soup, onion, celery, rice, almonds and Miracle Whip.
    Mix well.
    Spread into greased 9 x 13-inch casserole, 3-quart.
    In pan where butter was melted, combine butter and cracker crumbs.
    Sprinkle over casserole.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 about 30 minutes or until casserole bubbles and crumbs are brown.
    Makes about 10 servings.
    Can make ahead and freeze.
    You can also use turkey.
