Chicken Green Chile Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3-4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
    1 onion, diced
    4-5 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, diced
    garlic to taste
    salt & pepper to taste
    4 tbsp flour
    3-4 C water
    pinch chile pequin
    4-5 roasted green chiles (I prefer mild to medium heat) peeled and diced
    1 can corn, drained (optional)
Preparation
    Boil potatoes as for potato soup, drain and set aside.
