Rolled Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2/3 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Cream together shortening, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
    Mix well and add dry ingredients.
    If dough is too sticky to roll, add a little more flour.
    Roll on floured surface.
    Cut in shapes.
    Bake on ungreased sheet at 325\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
