Japanese Fruit Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. golden raisins
    2 sticks margarine, melted
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vinegar
    2 pie shells (let frozen shells thaw)
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Add other ingredients; mix well.
    Pour into pie shells.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Makes 2.
